Syunogirl is responsible for delivering the item to the shipping address provided, we are not liable if the item is lost or stolen after the item has been delivered. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Weekends and public holidays are not included.
We process all orders within 2-7 business days excluding holidays and weekends. Some of the hot items, order to make items, so as well pre-order products will not be included in the normal shipping process.
Packages may take longer to arrive during the holiday busy season depending on local postal office capacity.
Keep in mind that we ship item(s) as soon as they’re available. So if there’s more than one item in your order, you may receive the items separately (at no extra charge). We’ll send you a separate email confirming the shipment along with tracking numbers.

Shipping time may vary due to product availability. Syunogirl reserves the right to cancel any orders that involve product availability in which the customers will be contacted.
In the event of canceled orders, our refunds take 5-7 business days to process, as all payments go through a payment gateway and it takes a couple of working days for settlement.
Customs fees for the items are levied by local governments - laws from nation to nation vary. Unfortunately, import taxes are something that Syunogirl cannot pay for as they are not a set amount, are charged by the local government for receipt of the item, and are the responsibility of the importer.
How to track my order correctly?
1.You will get an email automatically sent by the system after we fulfill your order
Hence, please make sure you fill in the correct email address and do not fill in the random email, which will lead to a miss of your tracking number. Moreover, sometimes the notification email will go into your junk mailbox, so you might track your junk email box after your placed order.
2.Check your track and trace number
You can check your parcel with the tracking number mainly at www.17track.net, or like aftership.com.
3.Why there are two different tracking numbers when I check my tracking?
Firstly, the tracking number is divided into 2 parts, the first part is from our warehouse to the destination country. And the second tracking code is generated by your local shipping company. For example, your tracking number is UG313XXX57YUP, and the red part of the picture is the destination tracking number, you can track it with your local shipping company with the second part of a tracking number.
4.There are frequent local shipping carrier companies under the list, please find by your country name, and it's part of them not all of them, if you couldn’t find the correct information please contact service@Syunogirl.com, with your order number.
